Joi and Jenine
Meet the Co-Founders
Joi Williams and Jenine Smith grew up in the same Brooklyn neighborhood without realizing their paths had been crossing for years. They met during their sophomore year at a Manhattan high school and formed a lifelong sisterhood built on trust, resilience, faith, and shared purpose.
Through their personal and professional experiences, Joi and Jenine developed a commitment to helping people build confidence, strengthen their skills, and create better futures.
Together, they founded High Attitude Angels, Inc. to provide professional training, consulting, workforce development, leadership education, wellness programming, and practical life skills services for schools, children’s centers, healthcare organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations.
Their partnership reflects the values at the heart of High Attitude Angels: collaboration, integrity, perseverance, service, and a belief in the potential of every individual and organization.
Through customized and engaging services, Joi and Jenine remain committed to empowering people, strengthening organizations, and creating lasting community impact.
Together, Joi and Jenine bring experience in human behavior, counseling studies, theology, cosmetology, accounting, administration, youth development, mentoring, and workshop facilitation
